After 2 hours of sleep due to thunderstorm... ( that and tent make for a rough night) it is now raining, have not even started riding. Not smart riding with lightning.
Here's todays weather forecast for Hill City....but you probably allready no it since you're there!!! 8^) Scattered thunderstorms. A few storms may be severe. Storms may produce large hail and strong winds. High 98F. Winds SE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 60%.
Hopefully you're wearing your helmet so the hail shouldn't bother you much. 8^)
Holding up good... My training really paid off. It is the weather that is the issue. The Lightning is scary and the hail hurts~! Not much cover out here.
